Women have the power to create a more equitable and prosperous future for East Africa.
Many barriers that hold women back from success are due to cultural and social norms.
This course identifies these internal disempowering beliefs and re-writes them.
Women Leading Change challenges participants to audaciously define the change they want to lead in the world, and this begins with within. As a result, 80% of graduates reported that Women Leading Change fundamentally improved the relationship they have with themselves.
